Terms of Service

Effective September 9, 2026

These terms apply to Mindpop, the mobile game published by Thirteen Labs Studio (Google Play package mindpop.com), and to this website. By installing or using the app you agree to them.

1. Licence

Thirteen Labs Studio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Mindpop on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not resell, redistribute, decompile or reverse-engineer the app, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.

2. The app is free

Mindpop is provided free of charge with no advertising, no subscriptions and no in-app purchases. We may add optional paid features in future; if we do, they will be clearly marked and never remove access to what you already have.

3. Your content and data

Scores, streaks and saved games belong to you and stay on your device. See our Privacy Policy for details. You are responsible for backing up your device if you want to keep that history.

4. Availability and updates

We may update, change or discontinue Mindpop or any of its games at any time. Updates are delivered through Google Play and through over-the-air updates. We aim to keep the app working on supported Android versions but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

5. Disclaimer and liability

Mindpop is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Thirteen Labs Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app, including loss of game progress. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

6. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms; the current version always lives at https://mindpop.mehedisarkar.com/terms/, with the effective date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the revised terms.
